A platform built to get out of the way
HelpIndiaBreathe is a 0% platform fee medical and emergency crowdfunding platform for India. We verify a campaign's medical documents, publish it, and route 100% of every donation straight to the beneficiary: no percentage withheld, ever. What we do today grew directly out of grassroots relief work during both COVID-19 waves, not a business plan.
What we verify
Hospital-issued medical estimates and organizer identity, before a campaign is ever visible to donors.
What we don't take
Any percentage of a donation. Operations run on optional donor tips, shown separately at checkout.

A no-login blood donor directory, a volunteer program, and a growing library of resources for other Indian help organizations.

That promise started as TFL in 2020: shelter, food, and medicine for families with nowhere else to turn. It became HelpIndiaBreathe during the oxygen crisis of the second wave, and it's been built since by the same volunteer team, not a company. Read the full history.
