A platform built to get out of the way
HelpIndiaBreathe is a 0% platform fee medical and emergency crowdfunding platform for India. We verify a campaign's medical documents, publish it, and route 100% of every donation straight to the beneficiary — no percentage withheld, ever. What we do today grew directly out of grassroots relief work during both COVID-19 waves, not a business plan.
What we verify
Hospital-issued medical estimates and organizer identity, before a campaign is ever visible to donors.
What we don't take
Any percentage of a donation. Operations run on optional donor tips, shown separately at checkout.

A no-login blood donor directory, a volunteer program, and a growing library of resources for other Indian help organizations.

“We didn't set out to build a platform — we set out to find one more oxygen cylinder, one more hospital bed. Everything we're building now exists because people trusted us with both their money and their worst day.”
Tushar started organizing pandemic relief as TFL in 2020 — shelter, food, and medicine for families with nowhere else to turn. He led the shift to oxygen and hospital-bed coordination during the second wave as Help India Breathe, and has since been building the 0% fee platform this work grew into. Read the full history.
