By using HelpIndiaBreathe, you agree to the terms below. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

The 0% platform fee model

HelpIndiaBreathe does not deduct a percentage from any campaign's raised amount. Platform operations are funded through an optional donor tip, shown clearly at checkout and always separate from the campaign total. Campaigns are never penalized for tips not being given.

Campaign organizers

By submitting a campaign, you confirm that the information, medical estimates, and identity documents provided are accurate and belong to you or the beneficiary you represent. Campaigns are reviewed before publishing; we reserve the right to decline, pause, or remove a campaign if information cannot be verified or appears misleading.

Donors

Donations made through HelpIndiaBreathe are voluntary contributions to a specific campaign. Once a donation is processed, it is generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Blood donor directory

Registering as a blood donor is voluntary and does not create any binding obligation to donate. Listings can be marked unavailable or removed at any time on request.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform to submit fraudulent medical claims, impersonate another person, or solicit funds for a purpose other than the one stated in a campaign.

Limitation of liability

While every campaign undergoes document verification, HelpIndiaBreathe cannot independently audit every medical bill or guarantee outcomes. We verify that documentation is consistent and checkable, not the medical judgment behind it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
