Emergency Bed & Oxygen Help

If someone needs an ICU bed, ventilator, or oxygen right now, call first: the numbers below connect you to real people who can act immediately. We're honest below about what we could and couldn't verify.

Why we lead with phone calls, not a live availability grid: We looked for a reliable, real-time bed and oxygen availability system across Indian cities before building this page. Outside of one confirmed exception below, no such system exists that we could verify as currently accurate. A dashboard showing false "available" beds during a real emergency is more dangerous than no dashboard at all, so we didn't build one. The emergency call-takers above have live radio contact with hospitals and ambulances; that's the fastest genuinely reliable path.

By City

Delhi NCR

Delhi Government ICU Bed Dashboard (live)

Live, government-run. Covers select government hospitals, not every hospital in the city.

Mumbai

No verified live availability system found for Mumbai. Call 108 or 112, or the hospital's emergency/casualty desk directly.

Bengaluru

No verified live availability system found for Bengaluru. Call 108 or 112, or the hospital's emergency/casualty desk directly.

Hyderabad

No verified live availability system found for Hyderabad. Call 108 or 112, or the hospital's emergency/casualty desk directly.

Chennai

No verified live availability system found for Chennai. Call 108 or 112, or the hospital's emergency/casualty desk directly.

Kolkata

No verified live availability system found for Kolkata. Call 108 or 112, or the hospital's emergency/casualty desk directly.

Pune

No verified live availability system found for Pune. Call 108 or 112, or the hospital's emergency/casualty desk directly.

Oxygen

We did not find a directory of oxygen suppliers we could verify as currently reliable and legitimate, so we're not listing one. The safest path: ask the treating hospital to coordinate oxygen procurement directly (this is normally their responsibility, not the family's), and call 108 or 112 if the hospital itself is reporting a supply emergency. If your hospital's blood bank or nursing station can't help, ask to speak with the medical superintendent's office.

HelpIndiaBreathe does not operate ambulance, hospital, or oxygen supply services and cannot dispatch help directly. This page links to real, independently operated emergency services. If something here is inaccurate or a resource has changed, please let us know.
