The core difference is the fee structure: most platforms deduct a percentage plus payment gateway charges from every donation. HelpIndiaBreathe charges 0% platform fee: verification, hosting and support are funded by optional tips, not by taking a cut of medical fundraisers.
TFL was the name used during the first COVID-19 wave, helping 1,000+ individuals with shelter, food and medicines. In April 2021, as the second wave created a national oxygen shortage, the organization rebranded to Help India Breathe to reflect its new focus on oxygen concentrators, cylinders, hospital beds and doctor mobilization.

Every organizer submits a hospital-issued medical estimate and identity proof. Our review team checks both within 24 hours before a campaign becomes visible to donors: this is what earns a campaign its "Verified Medical Estimate" badge.
