TFL was the name used during the first COVID-19 wave, helping 1,000+ individuals with shelter, food and medicines. In April 2021, as the second wave created a national oxygen shortage, the organization rebranded to Help India Breathe to reflect its new focus on oxygen concentrators, cylinders, hospital beds and doctor mobilization.
