This is separate from a general application. Registering here maps you to your actual district, tehsil, or village so you can be matched directly to a nearby issue report, blood need, or campus drive, a regional coordinator verifies every registration before a digital ID card is issued.
Registrations start as pending and are checked by a regional coordinator before you'd ever be matched to a real report or need, or before a digital ID card is issued. Self-reporting an availability or blood group isn't itself proof of anything. You'll get a tracking ID as soon as you submit.
