Private-hospital costs in metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru) often run toward the higher end of this range or above it; tier-2 and tier-3 cities often run toward the lower end. This range does not include ongoing medication, travel, or lost income, ask your hospital for a complete written estimate.
