Wave 1: operating as TFL
When the first COVID-19 wave left families without income or supplies, a small volunteer effort under the name TFL began arranging shelter, food, clothing, direct financial aid, medicines, and physical support for anyone who asked.
Wave 2: rebrand to Help India Breathe
As the second wave brought a nationwide oxygen crisis, the organization renamed itself Help India Breathe and refocused entirely on medical infrastructure: sourcing oxygen concentrators and cylinders, arranging hospital beds, and mobilizing volunteer doctors to underserved areas.
Phase 3: Future Vision
Evolving into a full 0% fee crowdfunding platform: 100% of funds routed directly to beneficiaries, with free healthcare access, health camps, and education support for children of families we've already helped.
