What is HelpIndiaBreathe?
HelpIndiaBreathe is a 0% platform fee medical and emergency crowdfunding platform for India. Formerly known as TFL, founded during the 2020 COVID-19 relief effort, it verifies each campaign's hospital documents within 24 hours and sends 100% of every donation directly to the beneficiary — funded instead by an optional donor tip at checkout.
From Emergency Medical Relief to Nation Building
What started as oxygen cylinders and hospital beds is growing into a wider promise — free healthcare access, school support, and basic needs for the families who trusted us with their worst days.
Free Healthcare
Expanding verified medical fundraisers so treatment is never blocked by cost.
Schools & Education
Supporting continuity of education for children in families we've already helped once.
Basic Needs
Shelter, food, and stability support — the same first promise made back in 2020 as TFL.

Platform Fee
Figures marked "preview" reflect illustrative demo campaigns while our live fundraising platform is finalized — they are not real, audited totals. Our 0% platform fee is the one number here that's a permanent commitment, not a preview.
Example fundraisers, so you know what to expect
Every real campaign we publish is manually verified — medical estimates, hospital admission proof, and organizer identity checked before a single rupee is collected.

Blood Donation Directory
India needs roughly 15 million blood units a year and consistently falls short. Register as an available donor in under a minute — no account required — or find one nearby.
India's Youth is Its Backbone
The volunteers who kept oxygen moving during the second wave were, overwhelmingly, in their teens and twenties. No medical degree needed — just a few hours a week.
